chia oats recipe.

It's a wonderfully simple
recipe too and just contains four amazing ingredients:
oats,
chia seeds, coconut yoghurt and almond milk.
My favourite is your
chia - pudding - to go
recipe, I made a chocolate version with
oats and cacao powder and banana slices (ate this again today hahaa), really yummy.
The
recipe calls for blackberries, unsweetened almond or oat milk, dates, cinnamon, wheatgrass, rolled
oats and
chia seeds.
Almond Butter Protein Bars — These tasty protein bars are vegan, no - bake and have just eight ingredients, including dates,
chia seeds,
oats, vanilla protein powder (or plain protein powder with vanilla extract added to the
recipe), maple syrup, almond butter, chocolate chips and coconut oil.
The
recipe calls for rolled
oats,
chia seeds, ground flaxseed, milk, pumpkin puree, blackstrap molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and a pinch of salt.
Mango
chia pudding, gooey cinnamon roll

In the picture there is a white
chia layer and a chocolate

recipe you mix the
oats and
chia together?
This particular overnight
oats recipe starts with a basic
oats - and -
chia base and then I topped it with a sweet strawberry - rhubarb compote and an oat - and - seed crumble that are both made in minutes on the stovetop.
So for added nutrition, I rather nervously thought I'd create a muffin
recipe using wholemeal spelt and
oats, some of the pumpkin butter I made back along, Rapadura rather than sugar and of course,
chia seeds.

You can also make this
recipe with old - fashioned
oats, or omit the
chia seeds if you don't have them on hand.

chia combo + 3 tbl of water) 4 (3.5 for the
recipe and 1/2 of banana sliced to top each muffin) medium ripe bananas 1 tbl baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/4 cup coconut sugar 2 1/2 (38 ml) Tbsp maple syrup 3/4 tsp sea salt (I used pink Himalayan) 2 tsp ground cinnamon 3/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk 1.25 almond flour 1.25 cup gluten - free flour blend (I used Bob's Redmill 1:1 flour) 1.25 cups of gluten - free
oats 1 cup chopped walnuts or vegan chocolate chips
But here's the fun part: you can add a protein boost to pretty much any breakfast
recipe, from
chia pudding to
oats, pancakes and açaí bowls.
I used steel cut
oats instead of bulgar and the
chia seed was whole instead of ground, but otherwise I followed the
recipe as written.

recipe combines quick - cooking
oats with unsweetened almond milk,
chia seeds (chock full of healthy fats) and plant - based protein powder for a delicious breakfast that will hold you over until lunch.
1/2 cup sprouted rolled
oats 1 teaspoon
chia seeds 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed few dashes of ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon maple (plus extra for the squash) 1/2 cup diced butternut squash coconut oil instant cashew yogurt (
recipe below)
The
recipe calls for mashed bananas to be mixed with zucchini and carrots as well as vegan staples like
chia seeds using either water or whichever milk substitute you prefer to blend it all in with rolled
oats.
Coconut Milk Overnight
Oats Recipe (vegan) 1/4 cup old fashioned

The changes I made to Bircher - Benny's original
recipe is taking away the
oats and the cows milk and adding superfoods such as hemp seeds,
chia seeds, and cacao to name a few.
This is a basic
recipe, but just like with overnight
oats and
chia pudding, the variations are endless.
