Chia powder refers to finely ground chia seeds, which come from a plant called Salvia hispanica. It is a popular ingredient often used in cooking and baking to provide nutritional benefits like fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Make a chia egg: Mix two tablespoons

Similar to flaxseed meal, you can also use chia seeds or
ground chia powder to replace eggs in vegan baking.
I also really like most of the plant protein sources they use (pea protein, amaranth powder,
chia powder, flax powder).

chia powder, almond AND hazelnut butter and chickpea flour.
