My girls are obsessed with the Vanilla Bean
Chia Pods (they literally ask for them
at every meal) but refuse to eat homemade
chia pudding.
Interestingly, someone else brought
chia pudding pods they purchased
at the store and this had far better flavor than the prepackaged flavored options we tried and is much cheaper.
This
chia pudding is lovely to look
at and packed with nutrients.
Let sit for 15 minutes, stir again, then put on the lid, and let your
chia pudding sit in the fridge for
at least 1 hour (overnight is perfect, too).

chia pudding is that I can use coconut milk, and now they even have coconut milk yogurt... it's a little strange
at first but I really like it.

I prefer to let my

at least two days before eating it, but this is a perfect meal prep breakfast — make 1/2 a dozen and then switch out the toppings throughout the week.
