Instead of spending $ 4 per
chia seed drink at your local healthy food store, make your own by soaking 2 Tablespoons of seeds in 1 Cup water mixed with 1 Cup of your choice of juice for at least 15 minutes.
But I am a sucker for anything guava, so when I saw this guava flavoured MammaChia
chia seed drink at the store a couple months back I just had to give it a try.

But as with most things, I've been itching to try my hand
at making my own version of that
chia seed drink.
You can find similar bottled
drinks at your local health food store called Mamma
Chia, which is juice, agave, and
chia seeds.
Then
at 3 I
drink coconut water with 2 scoops of whey,
chia seeds, matcha powder and green powder and strangely enough I feel tired afterwards.
You can buy
drinks with
chia seeds at the store for a hefty price, or you can make your own
chia gel and add it to your favorite juice or smoothie.
Aim for
at least thirty minutes of fresh - air activity each day and don't forget to
drink plenty of filtered water (or coconut water with
chia seeds!)
