I actually came up with this Paleo
baked lemon butter
chicken recipe while
on a family vacation in a little kitchen and I had only brought a few ingredients with me, so I put everything I had in a
pan and it was this huge hit.
Arrange the drumsticks
on your roast
pan, drizzle coconut oil
on top and
bake / grill your
chicken till done, almost 1 hour.
The method is simple and it's the base for how I make all of my skin -
on chicken: toss with a little oil then
bake at a high heat
on a wire rack set
on a sheet

Directions for cooking
chicken: Preheat BBQ to medium high / (If broiling, preheat broiler and cook
