Really amazing looking soup specially with
chicken vegies!

We make a thai
chicken broth that changes a little every time we make it but it mostly has
chicken mince, ginger, chili, lime, fish sauce, soy sauce, coriander root, coconut cream,
chicken stock, whatever
vegies we have but generally carrots, asian greens, and bean sprouts.
My diet staples are fresh berries (I love blueberries and raspberries), large flake oats, eggs,
chicken, quinoa, and loads and loads of fresh
vegies of all kinds, shapes and sizes (I love squash and pumpkin).

Breakfast and lunch are usually fish or
chicken and
vegies, dinner might be brown rice or
vegies and
chicken curry and in the evening I have a green smoothie.

6:30 pm (dinner): this is different every night, but usually I have heaps of
vegies with either salmon,
chicken or beef.
Currently I feed homecook
chicken or meat, with rice or pasta and
vegies, a little yoghurt etc and some dry food (supercoat).
So I'm tossing up between devilled
chicken, whole chook baked in a pastry shell or lamb racks with roasted
vegies (the lamb racks will no doubt be so outrageously expensive they'll cause heart palpitations, so they probably won't make the cut).
