In the same pan add in the coconut milk and sugar, heat until the sugar has dissolved and thickened slightly, and then add back in
the chickpea flour mixture.
Once the oil gets really hot, pour
the chickpea flour mixture into the pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Dredge the cauliflower steaks in the flour, dip them in
the chickpea flour mixture, and then press them into the panko mixture.
