I do use
chickpea flour sometimes for
veggie burgers and falafel, and it works very nicely and even adds some flavor, so I can definitely see how it would work here.

veggie seasoning (recipe also in the book) and a generous dash of liquid smoke.

I used my favourite egg - and - baking method (ha, it's funny because it sounds like egg - and - bacon) for these
chickpea burgers to help them stick together — add an egg to the
veggie burger mixture and then bake them, and they hold together and firm up beautifully.
Gluten - free, grain - free
veggie burgers get a falafel vibe from toasted spices and
chickpeas, substance from zucchini and feta, and gooey love from garlic and mint - laced Greek yogurt.
A wonderful
veggie burger made with
chickpeas, cauliflower and a cajun spice mix.

veggie burger / meatball recipes, which are generally pretty similar in consistency to this.
I think I had told you about the «
veggie burgers» I made with
chickpeas that didn't have much flavor.
The
veggie burger patty we had in Phnom Penh was made with zucchini and
chickpeas and the
burger was topped with pickled beets, a killer herb mayo, spring mix and caramelized onions.
