I did tons of research on
child sleep.
Formula takes longer to digest and thus
those children sleep for longer stretches than breastfed babies and often sleep deeper — causing an increase in SIDS deaths as well.

I do understand that some people prefer to have
their children sleep independently and there are a variety of different approaches that can be used to achieve that.
However, the idea that mindful parenting can ensure that
a child sleeps peacefully implies that parents with colicky children somehow caused that.
Not only will new parents be changing their little one's diaper several times each day, but they'll also be trying to create an environment that helps
their child sleep soundly through the night.
