21.12 (1) A judge presiding over the Family Court shall be deemed to be a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the purpose of prosecutions under Part V (
Child Protection) and Part VIII (Adoption and Adoption Licensing) of the
Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, the

Reform Act, the Family Law Act and the Family Responsibility and
Support Arrears
