This is a very mild
chili, so if you need to add a little
more heat, go
for it!
I also prefer mine a little hotter so I add two
more chili peppers and a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper at this point
for some extra
heat.
If you make your own, you can control the
heat... very mild using 3
chili peppers and eliminating seeds, add
more peppers and seeds
for hotter!
Serve with
chili garlic sauce
for added
heat and a few
more roasted cashews
for garnish (optional).

more green onions and leave in some seeds from the
