Chili for supper that is going to be ready when I get home!
I just bought all the stuff to make
some chili for supper tonight!

I added a small tin of tomato paste to it along with about 2 cups of fresh spinach, some finely chopped almonds, grated asiago and hot
chili flakes and served it over brown rice pasta
for a delicious, simple
supper that tasted just like summer.
As with the
chili, I love to bake them and then wrap each of them
for storing in the refrigerator to use
for quick lunches or
suppers throughout the week!
My order of events
for the day was adjusted again after (1) realizing I was out of tomato paste
for our slow cooker
chili dinner, (2) I was completely out of pecans that I desperately needed
for some reason and now can't remember why (but I definitely haven't used them, yet, so...) and (3) I changed my mind about my recipe
for this week's Sunday
Supper, and now needed ingredients
for that, too.
