1/4 lb of red chilies, seeded and diced 1 habanero (optional — or a more mild

This kind of
chili peppers I recommend over typical Cayennes and Jalapenos

pepper jack, cream cheese, roasted
chili peppers, and I think mayo all on garlic sourdough.

If you don't like food so hot, I wouldn't add that extra
chili pepper, just stick with the chipotle.

chili peppers, garlic, sugar, salt and vinegar.

This white chicken
chili is packed full of lots of flavor, and has a bit of a kick — but not too much (
if you don't like spice though you can leave the cayenne
pepper out, or cut the amount down.)
Toss in the cashews and onions (

If you make your own, you can control the heat... very mild using 3
chili peppers and eliminating seeds, add more

peppers with adobo carry most of their heat in the seeds so scrape out

chili on the mild side.
