1 (15 oz) can
chili beans in
sauce (I used Bush's brand
which comes in mild, medium or hot.
But she included delicious mains, including grain free pasta dishes, creamy noodle dishes made with vegan cream
sauces (cream
sauces made from cashews are down right amazing by the way), stews,
chili and fun burgers and patties (none of
which are made from funky GMO soy products).
The use of ginger,
chili sauce, and garlic means you'll still be getting the classic taste, but this method gives you control over the quality of ingredients you're using, especially the chicken,
which you can use organic free range chicken.
Turn off the heat and let the
chili stand for at least 30 minutes, during
