I based this zucchini banana chocolate chip muffin recipe off of my lovely honey whole wheat chocolate chip banana bread which uses whole wheat pastry flour.

Maybe if it was a chocolate muffin the green would not be as noticeable... any suggestions on how to make these as chocolate zucchini banana chocolate chip muffins?

For this recipe I'm taking the idea of a double chocolate chip muffin crossed with a gooey chocolate brownie, substituting coconut flour, & using avocados, zucchini, and puréed apples for extra nutrients and moisture!

Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are healthy, moist and insanely delicious!

While yummy, zucchini muffins also did not sell, but a few chocolate chips on top (or perhaps chocolate zucchini muffins?)
