When I'm in the mood for a spicy low carb chili, I use McCormick
chipotle chili seasoning.
Massage lemon juice, salt, paprika and
chipotle chili seasoning into kale leaves.
This particular chicken chili is made using leftover barbequed chicken rubbed with
chipotle chili seasoning and garlic and I must say it was pretty darn good.

Sometimes, I heat things up with some smoked
chipotle seasoning or
chili powder.
This one has a bit of
chipotle chili powder to add smoky spice, but feel free to tone it down or kick it up with your favorite
chili seasonings.

Add the
chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, basil,
chipotle powder, cumin, oregano, pepper and no - salt
seasoning.
Possible variations include adding 2 - 3 tablespoons tomato paste (whisk it into the butter - flour mixture before adding the rest of the
seasonings) for more of a tomato flavor, or 1 - 2 teaspoons ground
chipotle chili powder (just add along with the other spices) for a smokier flavor.
