chipotle chiles at the store I went to (and I live in TX... weird),
so I sub «ed ancho chile
powder instead (2 tsp, roughly).

SO well with chili
powder,
chipotle, and other Mexican - inspired spices.
so used normal paprika and a little
chipotle sauce, didn't have apple cider vinegar
so used mirin, white vinegar and a sprinkle of lemon juice, for sugar I used muscovado, normal brown sugar and maple syrup, for liquid smoke I used smoke salt (I used reduced salt soy sauce for the most part) and used
powdered garlic and onion.
I didn't have

so I used additional dried spices - ancho chile
powder, cumin, and dried cilantro since I didn't have coriander.
With two beans, peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and warming spices like cumin, chili
powder, and smoked paprika (or
chipotle powder); there's plenty of flavor
so that you won't miss the cheese.
This Turkish chile is rather mild in heat,
so I combined it with ground
chipotle chili
powder to add more spice.

powder for the curry
powder and 1/2 teaspoon of ground
chipotle for the rest (maybe a tad more; i like spicy!).
So I used

powder instead.
