I liked the method for the chips and have used it a few times now, with
the chips coming out perfect each time.

What I've found is that they won't
come out perfect because home ovens aren't
perfect, and we aren't
perfect, but I do have a few tricks that will ensure a batch of delicious and crispy, imperfect
chips.
I baked a batch today, using chopped apricots and chocolate
chips and the cookies
came out perfect!
I've been making fabulous chocolate
chip cookies for years, and recently
perfected a brown butter recipe that is simply

The herb butter is epic, and made even better having used herbs from the garden, the steak timings were
perfect for us and the
chips came out really crisp and lovely.
