That's why I find it helpful to dip both vegetables (low calorie + fiber) and one serving of
chips / crackers (carby salty goodness)
into a few tablespoons of
hummus.
I love eating
hummus with toasted pita
chips, so finding a way to incorporate a healthy green like Kale
