Ran out of cocoa powder so I used the Enjoy Life
choc chips instead.
My only modification was to use mini
choc chips instead of regular ones.

I used blueberries
instead of strawberries, for the nut butter I used cashew butter & used cacao nibs in place of
choc chips (it's just what I had at home).
If you're not totally opposed to brown sugar, I'd recommend making a batch with that
instead of stevia... I think it would turn out more like traditional
choc chip cookies:)
I used soy milk
instead of almond, used double the amount of baking powder because I did not have any baking soda, used 1 egg as I found the mixture to be extremely crumbly, and used dark
choc chips which sadly did contain dairy (it's all I had in my pantry, a day before pay day) BUT these were still some kick ass cookies.
As usual I didn't do it exactly as I added
choc chips to the mix
instead of dipping afterwards... but the cookies are amazing....
And I am adding a few semi sweet
choc chips on top
instead of syrup.
Also,

choc chips I crushed up a half cup of Newman's espresso dark
choc bar — fabulous.
I used whole wheat pastry flour, 3 / 4 cup of sugar and chopped walnuts (

i swapped the honey for maple syrup in both the icing and the mix and worked fine and also used cacao powder
instead of cocoa and also added a few
choc chips.
I don't add walnuts to mine either but you could add
choc chips or other things
instead to be creative.
Aside from the amazing standard recipe you have here, one of my favourites included popped Amaranth and rolled oats in place of some of the rice cereal, maple syrup
instead of honey and a mix of cranberries and goji berries
instead of the
choc chips.
