CT's favourite was the White
Choc Chunk & Macadamia Nut, which was the company's original cookie and I guess has withstood the test of time.
The pack also included a couple of gluten free cookies, A triple chocolate Dotty and White
Choc Chunk & Macadamia.
The Milk
Choc Chunk was my personal favourite having an almost creamy taste and texture with lots of chocolate studded throughout — you can see from the picture that these are by no means chocolate in name only.

I've mentioned it when I made these delicious banana
choc chunk muffins.
I love how buttery they are and
the choc chunks and that hint of cardamom are pretty wonderful.
They look wonderful, with a lovely high top and so many
choc chunks.

De Bondt adds candied habanero
chunks to the
choc bars» bottom instead.
Fab flavour combos, orange white
choc and cranberry always go great together — I also used raw honey in place of agave as I believe its a more natural, unrefined sweetner (agave isnt as innocent as you might think — read up about it) As for those of you who wanted to know about the white
choc chips, well I avoid all dairy and refined sugars so I simply made my own, its dead easy — simply combine pure raw cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch of celtic salt, a little extract of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze in a suitable container before breaking into
chunks!!!!! yummy You can make dark chocolate chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!!!

Pour into a bowl, add dry ingredients (except

chunks) and stir together until well mixed.
