by using half Scharffen Berger Sweetened

I thought that the cake would roll up just fine even though it was made
by separating the eggs and folding the whipped egg whites back into the yolks that had been combined with
cocoa powder, melted
chocolate, and cooled espresso.
By the way, if you don't have vegan
chocolate, you can mix melted cacao butter with
cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice.

Inspired

chocolate version, and swapped out some AP flour for dutch - processed
cocoa powder.

Mix in the flour,
cocoa powder, and salt, followed
by the
chocolate chips.
These bite - size doughnuts can easily be made
chocolate by adding a few tablespoons of
cocoa powder to the batter.
You can do that
by either melting 1/2 cup dark
chocolate and mixing it into 1 cup of greek yogurt and 2 tsp vanilla (and extra sweetener if needed) or mixing greek yogurt with
cocoa powder and sugar / sweetener to taste.
You can make your own baker's
chocolate by using 3 tbsp of unsweetened
cocoa powder + 1 tbsp of fat (butter, coconut oil...) for every ounce of baker's
chocolate required.
I made the
chocolate simply
by mixing unsweetened
cocoa powder with nunaturals
cocoa stevia syrup, which I get on iherb.com.
:) Then I experimented a bit
by altering the recipe to use
cocoa powder to make it
chocolate frosting!
Just made them into
chocolate banana muffins
by substituting 2tablespoons of flour for

chocolate muffin I've tried, but I've adapted this recipe into a kind of vanilla / white
chocolate muffin, and a banana walnut
