Traditionally, brigadeiros are found with a coating of thin, crunchy
chocolate sprinkles, but you can go crazy with fun coatings here — roll the candy
balls in cocoa powder, grated

I put some more shredded
coconut in a bowl and took a tsp to measure out the
chocolate mixture and form it into a small
ball (your hands are going to get messy — rinse them off periodically for an easier time rolling) and then rolled it around in the
coconut.

chocolate truffle, I urge you to have a go at making these dead easy
coconut bliss
balls.
They are similar to the
chocolate peanut butter energy
balls I shared last week, but are made with almond butter and
coconut instead.
I rolled them into 14
balls and flattened them with damp hands then we added faces with mini
chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, craisins and
coconut flakes.
Using a spoon, dip each
ball into
chocolate sauce, and then into the
coconut.
If you plan to dip each

Next add in the maple syrup,
coconut oil, vanilla, and
chocolate chips, and stir until the mixture forms a rough
ball.
Add cooled toasted

Examples: almond butter with some honey or agave on celery, almond butter with honey and
coconut made into candy
balls (could add «raw»
chocolate if you eat that), avocado mixed with soaked dates or honey and
chocolate powder (greated
chocolate pudding ever)!!!
Scoop the
ball out of the
chocolate using a fork and roll it in the
coconut flakes.
