Add 1/3 or 1/2 of
water to a small sauce pan, add a bowl on top (the bowl should not touch the
water), add the chopped
chocolate and
coconut oil to the bowl and turn the heat to high.
I made this using Juice Plus + Complete Dutch
Chocolate Powder,
Coconut cream (reconstituted with water to make coconut milk), and dash a cinnamon and a dash of cayenne
