The key to producing
round chocolate drops, as opposed to super-flat chocolate disks, is that the cookie dough must freeze solid before going into the oven.
I have used cacoa powder and cacoa nibs for a super healthy mix but you could easily substitute cocoa powder and semi-sweet dark
chocolate drops if you prefer.
