After I slept on it and stopped panicking, I melted more
chocolate and
added it to the rest, re refrigerated it and that
fixed it!
I use this recipe and
add dates and groundnuts and seeds anything healthy, when I need a
chocolate «
fix» at least I know it's better than the sugar laden crap they pass off in the supermarkets.
Cocoa powder provides a
chocolate fix, while pure maple syrup
adds a touch of sweetness.
This is vegan with no
added sugar, so it's a pretty healthy way to have your
chocolate fix!
I also
added a tablespoon of cacao powder to one to satisfy her
chocolate fix.
Another trick that may
fix this is
adding some melted dark
chocolate on top once they are cooled.
