gave in and am buying a white
chocolate pumpkin cheesecake from the local culinary institute as part of a fundraiser for my college's business
students.

Given this evidence, there is need for additional research
to understand how behavioral nudges and triggers that preserve options, such as
chocolate milk, and guide
students to more healthful choices [17], [22], [23], [24] could lead
students to take, and eat, healthier lunches.
