Use a spoon to drizzle
the chocolate over the bars in a criss - cross pattern.

the chocolate over the bars, then return to the fridge for at least another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
I used a plastic sandwich bag with a tiny bit of the corner cut off, as a piping bag to drizzle
the chocolate over the bars.
Then, pour
the chocolate over the bars and use a spoon or spatula to spread it around.
