If you want to make life even easier just add some white

BTW... if you just want to use just the
peppermint bark or just the white
chocolate peppermint baking chunks, you could just use one kind of
chocolate in these brownies and not both like I did.
This recipe uses marshmallow fluff and
peppermint extract to make a creamy filling that you can shape and dip in
chocolate coating OR take the easier route (like I did) and make a layered
bark.
