powder is great for general energy and vitality, the hemp seeds add texture, flavor, and
protein, the vanilla is a lovely flavor, and the cacao nibs —

I am going to try it again and use more stevia in the
chocolate topping (I had 100 % cacao and didn't think about that until after it was in the fridge) as well as use a whey
protein powder and a different nut butter.
Having liked them so much (plus the fact that I love experimenting), I
did another variation of them today that was great — I added 1/4 cup of peanut butter instead of the oil, and
chocolate protein powder instead of the flour.
1 x handful Frozen berries (can use ice + fresh berries if you like) 3 x tbsp Cottage Cheese (I use weight watchers brand but any low - fat will
do) 2 x tbsp Low - fat Yoghurt (natural is preferred) 1/2 cup Milk (full cream, low fat whatever you like) 1 x tsp Honey (This is a must unless you really like the taste of cottage cheese) 1 scoop
protein powder (I use
chocolate flavour)

I don't use
protein powder very often and the one sitting on my pantry right now is
chocolate flavour.
I'm planning to make some substitution (pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes, because here in Italy sweet potatoes are difficult to be found) and I was wandering if
chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla will work too... What
do you think?
