So when I go
on roadtrips... and my sweet tooth speaks up... and a
square of extra dark
chocolate won't cut it... I grab an Almond Joy from the closest gas station.
While the marshmallows cook, place a
square of dark
chocolate on the bottom of each cracker.
Make a grid pattern lightly with a knife
on the surface of the firm cheesecake; pipe alternating checkerboard

As a kid, I slathered it
