My cousin has been making this grain - free sweet potato chocolate cake for years for our Passover Seder feast.

Puréed sweet potato, cocoa, almond flour, and eggs yield a rich, dense, and fudgy cake perfect for chocolate lovers.

I'm really happy you tried that one though Vanilla doesn't hide the sweet potato flavor nearly as well as chocolate so it is quite noticeable in that one, but much less detachable in the chocolate mousse cake.

Personally, I want to make them all, starting with the double chocolate gluten - free waffles, Thai baked sweet potatoes, chickpea fresenjan, creamy broccoli «cheddar» soup, 1 - bowl vegan tiramisu cake, and pizza burgers.

So many of the recipes look amazing, but the recipes I really want to try first are southwestern chicken egg rolls, hush puppy potato knishes, quionoa «hummus», charoset salad, goat cheese salad with raspberry vinaigrette, flanken butternut squash soup, meat and cabbage soup, pistachio crusted salmon, braised chicken with apples and sweet potatoes, citrus glazed duck breast, cranberry glazed turkey and spinach meatloaf, maple glazed rack of ribs, veal roast with mushroom sauce, pastrami meatballs, almond butter banana pancakes, cheesy hash browns, apple kugel muffins, blueberry cobbler, and fudgy chocolate bundt cake with coffee glaze.

I got to thinking about cakes and, surprisingly, I didn't start with the chocolate one, but with crab cakes, then sweet potato cakes, salmon cakes, and eventually I did get to my favorite dessert.

And for dessert, Laura has plenty of scrumptious sweets to choose from, like Lively - Lemon Cupcakes, Sweet Potato Pie and Divine Chocolate Mousse Cake.
