Well I always thought
coconut oil was a healthier
choice than some and was easy to digest and fine to consume, not in large quantities of course, now I will rethink that, seems I am always rethinking my nutrition, but if you eat raw unadulterated foods there would be no worries, literally.
Vegetable oils like soy, corn and even canola would be far worse
choices for cooking
than liquid
coconut oil.
It is a far worse
choice than virgin or expeller pressed
