Contradictorily, when asked what the more comforting
meal of the two is, I'd
choose the meat -
based sauce — go figure.
You can start eating for the planet by doing nothing more than
choosing a delicious plant -
based meal over one laden with animal products.
I don't get it because what a tremendous impact we can all do every
meal if we
choose to eat plant
based foods versus animal foods.
Whether you're dipping your toe into the Meatless Monday routine, or you're a card - carrying raw vegan localvore, every plant -
based meal you
choose makes a dent.
Instead, I'll
choose a few recipes from my Summer Plant -

Whether it's one
meal a week or every

In a world that's packed with fast food and easy quick
meal fixes that might not be all that healthy, children more often than not grow up thinking it's okay to
choose something
based on convenience instead of health.
The timing of these was
chosen based on previously known information on the timing of major physiological changes — or milestones — in the fat body after a blood
meal.
Think about the food choices you make and be deliberate in
choosing plant -
based meals, even just a few times a week, to make a positive impact on your own health and that of our fragile environment.
Exercising on a daily
basis will most certainly help a lot, as well as properly timing your
meals, but the most important thing are the foods you
choose.
I generally
choose a day (when I'm running low on fresh foods) and decide what I want to cook and eat for the week (using the above guidelines)-- make a list
based on the recipes or plan I come up with, and then grocery shop,
meal prep and stock up my fridge for the week all in about 2.5 hours.

meals, and other processed food) along with a food -
based prenatal.
