Add in
the chopped craisins and almonds and stir until well combined.

For the «dried fruit» we were out of the standard raisins or
craisins, so I improvised and used
chopped candied ginger.
I used dried sweetened cranberries («
Craisins») and some finely
chopped walnuts.
