Using a cutting board and a sharp large blade chopping knife, crosscut chop, turning the greens and the red cooked stems at angles until the cooked greens resemble cooked,
chopped spinach.
Gradually stir in

Then we stir in chopped tomatoes, finely
chopped spinach, diced avocado and top it all off with a soft - boiled egg.
I used frozen
chopped spinach and I found that about twice the weight of frozen spinach then halved during cooking / draining, and that gave me the right amount of spinach for the recipe (aka weigh out twice the weight in frozen spinach, then cook down, drain, and measure again).

Berry fruits are rich in ample of mineral as well as the high amount of antioxidants, let's increase the fiber content too with a cup of freshly
