So, I encourage people to try to eat their
broccoli raw, or, alternatively,
chop the
broccoli up first raw, wait 40 minutes for the enzyme to do its business, and then you can cook the heck out of it, because the enzyme's job is already done.

broccoli chopped up small — potatoes, carrot, or try out tempeh instead of tofu.
