Rick i struggled for over 20 years as a
christian in the end i said whats the point of struggling i feel powerless and useless so i gave in to sin that did nt work either but i was so sick of struggling and seeing the same results i became more miserable and even more powerless in my struggle with sin.I decided one
day no more enough was enough i needed to get my life back in order. That was years ago and it was a process over 5 years that God dealt with all those things in my life that needed fixing most
days i just said to him Lord i cant do this i just do nt have the strength and he said thats okay you cant do it anyway just trust me.So now now i l know what it means to be an overcomer in Christ sin does not have the victory over me anymore because Jesus is my strength in my weakness.I know i cant live a
christian life in my strength but i certainly can with Christ in me he is my strength and in him i am an overcomer. If this is speaking to others just want to let you know that you to can be an overcomer you do nt have to struggle or battle with your walk or feel miserable because you give in to sin there is a better way.Just admit that you cant do it and ask for his help for the
holy spirit is in you and he is the one who helps us in our weakness.regards brentnz
The
day may not be far off when in every branch of Christendom the centrality of the Lord's Supper will again be recognized, as the Catholic tradition and the great Reformers recognized it, and the eucharistic action will again be the usual and normal way in which, Sunday by Sunday,

Holy Ghost.
Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the
day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work in our lives one area at a time he needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do need to hand it to him so he can change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame time and time again. We all have areas of weakness that we struggle in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God help me i wanted to do it in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride in my
christian walk if the
day went well i was on a high if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all things work for good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we come to that place we will continue to struggle in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because of what i have done in myself because i have nothing to boast about but if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his
holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As
Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz

Paul clearly states that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities in high places; He is suppose to be setting a principal and he is in fact destroying the thing that God stand for, serving the flesh and the creation more than the creator who is blessed forever; Man will always have a battle between flesh and spirit; he is more flesh than spirit ever in his dress muscles and tight shirts; which has no place in the spirit;» dealing with matters of the
holy ghost «he can speck it but he can «t live it; which is the trouble with a lot of modern
day Christians; do as i say not as i do... old fashion parents had the same concept, its not just Eddie he got caught, he was just falling weak to the flesh and his own desires; only thing is, he is responsible for the souls of those under his leadership; He must answer and atone to God for those actions, you think for a moment we are being hard on him; God has a way of letting us know when we are wrong that lets us know we need to change.

Christian» demigods that replaced the pagan pantheon), the numerous feast
days and

Bonhoeffer treats sanctification in three aspects of the saints» lives: (1)

Racheal i do nt believe that
christians can commit the blasphemy of the
holy spirit because the
holy spirit has already taken up residence in our hearts. As
christians we can greive the
holy spirit but we cant blaspheme him otherwise we wouldnt have accepted Christ. When we ask Christ into our lives we are saved the
holy spirit comes into our lives because we gave him permission to.We can sin and fall away from God but he is still there because nothing can separate us from the love of God.On the
day we die we are saved why because when we were sinners he saved us it isnt dependent on what we do it is dependent on what Christ has done.Should we continue to sin of course not but we should follow him with all our heart.I think it is important to understand that Christ death has saved us from our sin the
holy spirits role is to help us to overcome sin in our lives and to be come christlike.brentnz
When the
Holy Spirit descended upon the first

I have
christian friends from other churchs and there women do these things and they do it because that is how they interpret the word. Its optional and not inforced by the church or by there husbands. They do it as an act of worship to the Lord. The point is how you interpret the word that was what i was getting at as we know the word is the inspired word of God to understand it we need the inspiration of the
holy spirit otherwise the word is dead and brings no life.In the case of mother etta she was called to preach and God used her as an evengelist in her
day her ministry grew she witnessed to thousands she healed the sick and saved the lost you can argue over a point but the proof is there that God uses women just as he uses men in ministry today.
On the other hand, some groups have been suspicious of Sabbatarianism so strict that it might seem legalistic («If anywhere the

Christian liberty,» Martin Luther declared) or have emphasized, like the Quakers, that all time is

Holy Communion is, or ought to be, central to
