I love
the chunks of peaches baked into the cake - like muffins.
Speaking of that, the grill is sitting at 300 degrees and I have
a chunk of peach wood on the coals.
The recipe said to fold the pie filling into the cake mix, but I didn't want
chunks of peach throughout the cake, so I actually pulsed the filling in the food processor before adding it to the cake.

chunks of peach in them couldn't be left out on the counter in this heat.
