Hi, I have some Bragg Raw Unfiltered (Organic) Apple
Cider Vinegar which I got from a health food store.
For the rest of this recipe, I also use raw apple
cider vinegar which is great for digestion and cleansing (I swear by ACV), the juice of a lemon, ginger, a few stevia drops (just for flavor and sweetness), and that's it.
There was at least one study done on the effects of apple
cider vinegar which used acetic acid — the acid component of vinegars.
I also increase my intake of anti-inflammatory foods like ginger, turmeric, lemon, and apple
cider vinegar which all help with pain and acidity.
I prefer to soak mine overnight with one tablespoon of lemon juice or apple
