The new recipes are absolutely incredible and I'm so happy with them — for the sweet recipes think creamy key lime pie, beetroot chocolate cake with coconut icing, dreamy smoothies, baked
apple and
cinnamon porridge, berry scones with coconut cream,
almond butter fudge and raw banana splits!
Serve the
apples on a plate, topped with a dollop yogurt, chopped
almonds,
cinnamon and a drizzle of ginger honey.
I forgot to add the
apple and cardamon but used
almond milk and
cinnamon and topped with goji berries.
Stir in the butter (or coconut oil) and
almonds towards the end and then fill the
apples with the oatmeal, top with a pinch extra
cinnamon and put the
apple tops back on.
While the
apple cooks, place the
almond flakes, ground
almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and
cinnamon into a bowl and give it a good mix with your hands.
