Using a 4 1/2»
round circle cutter, bowl, or large glass and keeping remaining dough chilled while you work, cut out circles of dough and transfer to prepared baking sheets.
Directions 1 Using scissors or a
fabric circle cutter on a cutting mat, cut as many 1» circles out of your felt sheets as you can.
Using a 3
inch circle cutter (or a 3 inch pumpkin cookie cutter) cut the dough into rounds and press each round into mini muffin tin, using alternate cups so you bake only 12 at a time.
(I used
a circle cutter to shape smaller - sized medallions; but you could keep them larger if you like).
Using a 3.5 ″
circle cutter, cut out circles from your tortillas.
Cut on a cutting board with
a circle cutter or a sharp knife into the size and shape you prefer.
A 6 - inch
circle cutter and my mini leaf cookie cutters fit perfectly in a miniature muffin tin.
Once the cupcakes are done, print out the tags, cut with
a circle cutter punch and place on a cake stand or cupcake stand.
