"Circular reasoning" is a phrase used to describe a type of flawed reasoning where the conclusion of an argument is used as one of the premises or pieces of evidence to support that same conclusion. It's like going in a circle without providing any new information or evidence to support your point. It doesn't make sense and is considered a logical fallacy.
