Citrus (apparently can irritate their new little gastrointestinal system), Peppermint and Parsley (
used to halt milk supply so
use sparingly), Peanuts /
Tree Nuts (high - allergen food passes to baby), Corn (high allergen), Shellfish (high allergen), Egg (possibly egg white allergen), Soy (food allergen), Wheat (especially if mom or dad is allergic), and of course Milk and Dairy (for, you guessed it, food allergen).
