And even though their power has been dialed back, the turbocharged Sonatas have gained just 2 m.p.g. in
the city mileage rating, to 23 m.p.g..
The remarkable
city mileage rating is because Ford's next - generation hybrid propulsion system allows the Fusion and its corporate twin, Mercury Milan Hybrid, to travel up to 47 mph in pure electric mode, faster than all other hybrids currently on the market.
