graduates of the
city school district, can not find enough such students for the funding available.
Eighty - two percent of Monroe Community College's 50,000 credit and non-credit students are Monroe County residents; 4,328 are listed as Rochester residents (which of course does not necessarily mean that they are
graduates of the
city school district).
