The EMTPJ is an 11 - day intensive training
course on cross border

civil and commercial matters.
On 14 - 25 August, AIA held EMTPJ 2017, an intensive
course on cross-border
mediation in
civil and commercial matters, tailored to cover both theoretical and practical elements of
mediation from the European perspective.

Mediation Course Content — Supplemental
Mediation Training for
Civil and Family Mediators.
The only prerequisite for this class is that you must have taken a 40 - hour basic
civil mediation training
course.
NJ Court Rule 1:40 - 12 (b) 8 provides that candidates for the court's
civil mediation rosters who received their training out of state of more than five years ago take a 6 - hour supplemental
civil mediation training
course approved by the court.

Civil, General Equity, and Probate Actions.
In addition to basic and advanced
courses in
civil and family
mediation, I have taken specialized training in international
mediation and arbitration,
mediation in mass tort actions, and facilitation of conflict resolution in the workplace.
On successful completion of the
course, delegates will receive accreditation as a mediator with Friarylaw, an accredited body under the
Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 and the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 and recently empowered to qualify mediators via the Qualified Assessment Programme (QAP) of the International
Mediation Institute (IMI) as «IMI Certified» Mediators.
