Thanks to my gracious neighbor, I was able to gather enough apricots to jam and freeze, plus try out a couple new
recipes — one
recipe being this Apricot
Clafoutis — a light custard with sweet and tasty apricots.
Used this
recipe because I didn't have any cream in the house but really recommend doing a proper
clafoutis (Raymond Blanc or Garry Rhodes have excellent
recipes on - line) because they work perfectly!
Cherries are in season right now, and the Cherry
Clafouti is so simple of a
recipe, and the simplicity of the ingredients is what makes it amazing!
