There were two crew to serve the business
class cabin so there was no lack of personalized attention.

Class cabins so there's no reason for BA not to follow suit.
I think we all know what to expect from the Business Class and Economy
Class cabins so it's the Premium Economy cabin that is the most interesting.

so we're going to simplify that process.

class.
American Airlines does not operate any flights to Paris that have a first
class cabin,
so business
class will be your only premium
cabin option here.
Each are among the shortest routes flown by Virgin America,
so upgrades to Main
Cabin Select could be had for just $ 39 and to First
Class for $ 79.

The Dreamliner's Business

A lot of airlines have different standards of Business
Class cabin depending on which of their aircraft you're flying and, if you happen to book on to an aircraft with a poor product, that Business
Class «deal» suddenly doesn't look
so good.

Class seat on its 777 - 300 aircraft and its Business
Class cabins are considerably less dense than what this diagram shows
so United has to offer something of similar stature if it wants to compete.
The SWISS A340 Economy
Class cabin already offer seats that are 17 ″ wide (
so the airline isn't going to squeeze any more seats into each row) and a seat pitch of 32 ″ (
so there isn't much room to add more rows)
so what's the point of ripping out these seats and adding new ones?
The exception is for transcontinental flights to Europe, where the front

so those
cabins cost only 2 times as much as a coach redemption.
United will search all

cabin but an enhanced Economy section that elite flyers can book for free —
so you're not going to get better seats than you get in Economy
Class or better food, but you are going to get more leg room.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing Air France doesn't appear to be serving Havana with its refurbished 777s
so the Business
Class cabin doesn't offer the airline's excellent 1 -2-1 layout.
18.5 ″ is a very wide Economy
Class seat (especially on a 777 with 10 - across seating)
so I'm not sure if SeatGuru has got the numbers wrong or if this has something to do with the staggered layout of the
cabin rows that the seat map shows:
