Its Not really as simple as everyone thinks Wenger has done really collosal things at the club and should rightly be feted as one of our greatest managers, HOWEVER over the last three or four years his persona and his ability have declined rapidly yet he still belives that he is right and and the whole of the rest of the footballing world are wrong, last summer even the hated and loathed Adrian Durham stated that all Wenger needed was three key players to turn the squad into the PL winning side it should be, that was a keeper, a CDM and a world class striker.

Szczesny major problem is just his age goalkeepers do nt usually get really awesome until there close to 30 years old, there are very few examples of keepers being world class from a young age maybe a handful like neuer casilias buffon, but most just get better with age young szcy will get better with age and will iron out the kinks in his game that is what wenger sees i suppose he sees what they can become not what they are now.
